Clinical Nutrition
Nutrition integrated into mental health treatment. Eating plans tailored to the clinical picture, without restrictive diets, within multidisciplinary care.
Nutrition as part of treatment.
Mood and anxiety disorders often change eating patterns: eating too much or too little, irregular mealtimes, guilt around food. Some medicines change appetite and weight.
At AlmaraClinic, clinical nutrition works alongside psychiatry and psychology. The goal is a sustainable eating pattern, integrated into the treatment plan.
