Before the consultation

How to talk to someone who does not want help.

Describe specific behaviours, without diagnoses. The person is more willing to listen.

You can offer to go with them to the first consultation.

Easier to hear

I've noticed you're sleeping badly and have stopped going out.

Harder to hear

I think you're depressed.

Can I book for someone else?

You can contact the clinic to ask any questions. The consultation is booked with the patient's consent. You can also come together to a NeuroCheck, a free information session with our Patient Care.

Can I join the consultation?

Yes, with the patient's consent, in the TMS Assessment Consultation and in the treatment sessions. In psychology consultations, a companion cannot always be present, so as not to interfere with the therapeutic work.

What can you tell me?

Clinical information belongs to the patient. It is only shared with their permission.
