How it works, from first contact to the end of treatment

First contact and arrival.
NeuroCheck
The pathway starts with NeuroCheck: an information session, free of charge, with no obligation, with our Patient Care, Vanessa Kachinski. You learn about the options, fees and payment terms, including payment in up to 12 interest-free instalments with Cofidis Pay.
When booking, we only ask for the information needed to schedule.
Arrival
The clinic is on Rua Pina Bausch, in Lumiar, with free parking. Someone can come with you to the TMS Assessment Consultation and to treatment sessions.

The TMS Assessment Consultation
With the clinical director, Dr. Bruno Gomes. Your case is assessed for TMS eligibility. This includes a review of previous tests and your clinical history, a check for contraindications and, if there are any doubts, tests ordered before treatment is prescribed.
Treatment depends on eligibility and a medical prescription, following the TMS Assessment Consultation. Specialist appointments cost between €80 and €100. Teleconsultation is available. Contact the clinic to find out how it works.
The personalised plan
With the medical prescription, the plan sets out the treatment, the number of sessions and the fee per session. Reimbursement depends on your insurer and your policy; if needed, we can help with the paperwork.
Follow-up, session after session.
Sessions and follow-up
Our clinical team looks after you, session after session. The doctor reviews your progress at scheduled appointments and adjusts the plan when needed.
Afterwards
At the end of treatment, a final assessment is carried out and next steps are agreed. With your authorisation, we send a summary to your attending doctor.
